This block takes place in a fairy-tale land that is set in summer. Later, Magic players learn that it switches between day (Lorwyn) and night (Shadowmoor) at each aurora because of the meddlings of Oona, Queen of the Fae. The Lorwyn block take place before the aurora changes the land back into night.
